Currently, I am a 2nd Year student at post-secondary focusing on Game Design. In terms of XIV Modding, I have over a year in a half of experience and still going. Previous to Modding, I used to create content for VRChat for over 4 years. I focused on creating environments known as 'Worlds'. where I mainly prioritize on Lighting for them. Here are some examples.
My Rates and How the Commission Progress Goes
My Commission rates are $15 USD per hour of me working. I prefer to work by the hour for a multitude of reasons. The first reason being Bugs! Glorious Bugs! XIV likes to be finnicky with certain things when it comes to importing stuff like models. The second reason being in case of revisions. If you have any revision, then I will do it at any time during the process.
As I go through the process, I will be transparent with you the entire time, in case of me approaching bugs, or certain issues that I need to fix. If I work by the hour, then I need to show you that I am hard at work and not raising the cost any further than it needs to be. I like returning commissioners so I need to prioritize your satisfaction of costs and quality of my work.
I can give a prediction of what the price would be around If I faced zero bugs if you wish. I will say what the full price is after I finished and tested the mod on my end. Once received the money, I will send you the mod. If any bug on your end occurs, I will continue to work on it at no extra cost. The only time that I will raise a price is if you request for a revision after I sent the initial mod.
